In the 1920's, the Orient Express became the preferred transport of Europe's crowned heads, aristocrats and celebrities, and was dubbed "The Train of Kings, The King of Trains". The history and richness of these two brands have been brought together in this limited "S.T. Dupont Orient Express" edition, via an invitation to take a journey in this fabulously luxurious environment.
The midnight blue lacquer evokes the distinctive colors of the Orient express trains. It is enhanced by a blue-silver powder and a placed lacquer effect, whose medallion shape symbolizes the stained-glass window visible from the outside of the train, and is highlighted by a piece of mother-of-pearl on the front of the lighter. This unique limited edition has only 1883 pieces made (1883 paying tribute to the trains inaugural date) this piece in particular is number 0403/1883.
