5 Sweet Killarney

Like the name says, it tastes SWEET. Everyone comments on the aroma. The only pipe tobacco my wife lets me smoke in the house. BONUS

3 Nice chocolate taste but just too much "ash"
Posted by Ted W on Jan 1st 2021
This is a great slow smoke if you like the taste of dark cherries and chocolate. The smell is miled to medium and the taste is a bit bitter with an "ash' taste. If smoked with a light draw this has a dark cherry chocolate taste and the aroma of the tobacco is the same. But, dont' drift on that, smoke it too much faster, or, hard, and this is a very harsh and unpleasant tobacco.

2 Pass on this one

This smells great in the tin but has very little taste. I smoked it right out of the tin and it was very moist, to moist to smoke. Very hot burn, doesnt stay lit.

3 Mellow

It is creamy. Flavour is to mellow and far to light for me. Not a lot here in the taste department.

5 Perfect Discovery

Going through all the Peterson's I'm so glad I gave this aromatic a go. Enjoying heavier English blends as well THIS blend will definitely be part of my stock as a GO-TO choice for something easy. Smoke straight from the tin (as with all Peterson's) when not in the mood for fruits, this is a delectable evening smoke

Yes its syrupy and candy like but use its as a flavor in a symphony not as one loud diabetic instrument.
