Cornell & Diehl Bayou Morning

I was very satisfied with this tobacco. I smoked this blend before, and desired more of it. However, the tin was out of stock, and so I selected the bulk option instead. Obviously it is the same product, albeit in a plastic bag. The blend itself is a simpler blend, well-balanced and hearty. The presence of the Perique is detectable, yet not overbearing and compliments the rest of the blend.

A little too much on the shag side.

This one of my go to blends, hits hard and very enjoyable smoke.

Great blend. It has what you would expect from a vaper a mild sweetness and haystack flavor. But there is also a bitterness to it that reminds me of a dark roasted, black coffee. I drink strong black coffee, so i like this.

II would recommend trying this since it is so unique. For my palette it burns too hot and the Perique over-powers everything else.

tastes like a strong tobacco flavor. if you like to inhale, I don't recommend this, unless you are looking for a very hard throat hit. this is best mixed with a sweeter tobacco I feel like.

25 per cent perique sounds like a lot, and I was half-expecting this to be too strong and sour for my taste. So I was surprised that the virginias are so prominent. More of the earthy and fruity kind rather than the grassy and citrusy, they really give a lot of virginian goodness. The perique becomes more prominent after a while, peppery and with dark notes of dried fruit, but the blend is always in good balance. A few relights might be necessary, and a slow smoking cadence is recommended. Leaves nothing but grey ash. Highly recommended for vaper-lovers.

This is a great combination of Virginia & perique. Fantastic.
