New York State Tobacco Tax Information
If your order is not shipping to NY State, this does not apply.
We do not collect taxes for any other state besides NY.
All shipments outside of NY are TAX FREE
If your order is shipping to New York State, we must add tobacco tax. NY state tobacco tax is 75% We will pay 22% of that and you will be charged as follows:
Cigars & Pipe Tobacco
Must Add 53%
All other tobacco products not listed
Must Add 53%
Tobacco tax will be added after checkout and is not shown on your order confirmation. You will receive an invoice showing tobacco tax with your order.
